PRE-ORDER SHIPPING This is a pre-order item. Your order will be dispatched once production is complete — estimated 10–12 weeks from order date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves production. Standard delivery timeframes apply from that point.

Essence will accept exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Items for exchange must be in original condition with all tags attached. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
