SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for items deemed faulty.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn

  • In original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • No signs of wear, washing, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange. If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on discounted items unless the product is deemed faulty.

Please ensure you carefully review sizing and product details before purchasing sale items, as they cannot be returned for change of mind.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australia & New Zealand

Free standard shipping on AU + NZ orders over $99.

Shipping rates for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 10–21 business days depending on destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended.
