All returned items are eligible for store credit only. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, has all original tags in place and has the original packaging. You will need proof of the order or receipt to be eligible. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your Essence order. Return days include weekdays only, strictly no weekends for returns. Refunds and replacements are only issued for manufacturing faults, not for general wear and tear. If a return does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to reject it.

All sale items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on any discounted or sale purchases.

All pre-order items are final sale. Pre-orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once placed.
