When will my order be shipped?

We pack and dispatch orders either within 2-4 days of purchase (business days only - excluding public holidays). While this happens 98% of the time, on our busy days (such as new releases and Black Friday) small delays may occur - nothing too bad though.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS - which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, have a dig around in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they end up in there. If not do not hesitate to contact us.

I want to exchange/return a product, what do I do?

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do. Currently, we ship to most of the world. If we don't ship to your country, feel free to contact us and we will try to work out something for you.
